This smart phone is manufactured by HTC, and you can find it on ebay as HTC Tornado with windows mobile 5. It's not a new model, but if you're lucky and find one with Windows Mobile 6 you can expect features from $499 phones.
One of the best features is WiFi (wireless) connection, you can surf, chat, talk with Skype even if you don't have SIM card. Usually it's unlocked, so you can use Cingular or AT&T card.
