I bought the book and never recieved it. Never was issued a refund, and had to file a claim. Do not buy from this user.

It was less expensive than at the book store however it has been 2 months and they have my money and I do not have the book. Maddddd.

They market the book as being the American hardback, but they'll screw ya with the softcover international edition.

They sent me the wrong book, it was the international version. So I have no way of grading the book I wanted to purchase. The seller did not let me return it even though he advertised the wrong book. So I am in the process of purchasing the correct book from another source.

I'm a little upset that I purchased this book that clearly states in the description "Format: Hardcover" and what I received was the softcover international version. I can still use the book, but false advertising is definitely a bad idea. I don't recommend buying anything from this seller, because clearly the products do not match the description.

Book was in great condition. Great price for the book. Only thing was they didn't mention it was in Black and White but well worth it for being $60 cheaper then the other version. Thx

This book is so easy to comprehend, despite its black and white edit, but this is just as great as the hardcover edition. Thanks for allowing me to save a tremendous amount of money!!!!

I've been forced to by it. It's required textbook...
But to compare to other textbooks this book is surprisingly good...

Book is black and white, so there are lot of 'grays' in the charts, but for the price , the book is excellent, service was fast enough, so I could use it for my next week class.

The book that was sent was one that was for sale only in India, Pakistan and a few other countries over there. It has the same text, but is totally black and white and the color in the original book is important. The price made me wary, but I figured a $25 gamble might be worth it. I lost!

i order item which is iSBN 9780073052335. front page nd pages are totally different. i can't use this text for my class works. i need to buy origanl one in bookstore. i don't know Why seller use different ISBN. this book is very chaep but can't use i mean useless. i would like to send back ASP. even i loose shipping charge. i will be carefull when i order online next time. very very disappionted.

This book is clearly written for those who are seeking to be System Analysts. A significant chunk of pages are dedicated to their specific role.

The book covers everything from Database Design, Project Management, Process Management, Object Oriented Programming, UML Diagrams, and System Design. Obviously, no textbook can cover all the topics in depth.

Overall, the textbook is very well written and easy to read. The summaries at the end of chapters were very well done. The questions were quite thought provoking.

If you are a System Analyst or would like to be one, this book is highly informative. If not, then you will still get a good overview Information Technology.

It is in excellent condition and I use it pretty much everyday for school. I don't particularly like the subject but I have to have it anyway!

Bought it for class. Since it was not to be sold in North America, we were unable to use it. The seller offered to have us return it, but it would have cost more to return it than we paid for it. We learned to not purchase items that use a "stock" photo as the book clearly stated on the front not for sale in North America.

We also learned to read ALL of the seller's information as the seller said it could be shipped from California or Thailand. We thought the item was coming from California; instead, it was shipped from Thailand and should never have been re-exported (as stated on the back of the book). This was definitely a learning lesson.
