I sold it on Ebay. I didn't even bother plug it in to test its recording capabilities. I bought a LitenOn DVD recorder instead.

Why I Bought it !!The reason I decided to by this model of DVD player was simple. It was very easy to understand the instructions on how to record to DVD's which was something
I had never done before and we had just switched to HD programming on our Dish
network plan where there are a lot of shows I wanted to record !! Maybe sometime in the future we might switch to a DVR recorder but for now the Sylvania works out just great !!! :) :) :)
