    This was the most horrible experience ever. I will never purchase anything of great value again via the net. Furthermore, don't ever entrust your goods to be shipped via UPS. They damaged my TV so bad that I wasn't able to fix or even get it replaced after I received it.
    I am sure the TV would have worked wonderfully however I am so disgusted and disappointed I hope this never happens to anyone else. The claim process with UPS is so horrible I hope that nobody has to go through that!
    The TV itself gets great ratings however for the price and the hassle I will never buy anything like this online again. Nobody wants to take responsibility. What a dissappointment.
