Guy Bellow me... We only care about the tv;; Why are you crying about ups and not commenting on the tv.. And how can you rate it so low if you never seen it work... YOur a fn genious.. I think the tv is great and well worth the money and wait.. Hope that helps...

We won the tv and was very excited about it. Then it arrived in a "box" that was literally 2 boxes taped together to make a top and bottom. The box was torn in some areas and when we opened it, we were bombarded with packing material that took us a week to clean up as it went everywhere. When we were taking the tv out of the box, it was obvious something was broken as we heard glass. The screen was broken and there were pieces of glass everywhere. It was also obvious that the tv was very used (which we knew it was recycled - however, that was not made obvious in the descriptor - we realized it when we saw the name of the company) as the "feet" of the tv was scratched and in poor shape. Overall, we were disappointed but not surprised as we took a chance on purchasing such an item online.
