Not just breads.....this book takes the best of the three NYC bakeries. When I received it in the mail I thought it would be mostly like my other "sweet" type cookbooks with some variations, but there are a lot of very different recipes that sound so mouth-watering! You do have Amy's version of the Devil's Food Cake(decadent!), but you also have Cinnamon Raisin Twist and Gooey Coconut Bars that I haven't seen before plus many others put into 92 signature sweets. Lots of color photo's so you won't be disappointed. A nice addition to your cookbook library.
