Sweet Misery (DVD, 2005)

I realized some years ago that aspartame probably wasn't too good for me as I was drinking 2 liters of diet soda a day. It was not until I watched this movie that I discovered how harmful it could be and what information is not being shared with the public. I think it is unfortunate that certain interests in this country put the public's health at risk in this manner. I have chose to lead a more organic lifestyle and am trying to help people interested in improving their health.
