
Highly Recommended Coping/Healing/Growing Book

This book was given to me after a big breakup by my best friend and recommended by another. I know the title sounds cheesy, but this book helped me get out of bed in the morning and really heal from the experience and come out of it a stronger person.
It's a very easy read and I have since bought it for a friend going through a divorce, a friend who lost a pet and I've used it again when my grandmother passed away. It's applicable in all situations. There aren't many books that I would recommend 100%, but this one will always be in my library.
I recommend reading a chapter each morning. (They're only a page long.) And focusing on that one topic to get you through the day. It actually became something I looked forward to each day. A sort of built in mantra.
I really can't say enough good about the book.
