A Survey of Mathematics with Applications by Allen R. Angel, Christine D. Abbott, Dennis C. Runde (2004, Hardcover, Revised)

In spite of my dislike for the study of math, I had to buy this book for class fast and ebay was the source that saved me time and money.

Let me start by saying that the cost of this book (if it were new) would've been about $125-175. I found it here for about $39 so I was happy. The condition of the book was just as it was described by the seller so that was a plus also. In the future I would make more purchase on ebay and with the same seller,

This book was in great shape, was exactly the book my daughter needed and came very quickly after I ordered it and was a good price!!! I liked the fact that there were pictures of the book and a lot of extra details about it which helped me identify it as the book she needed. Her college tends to change the BIN numbers when they add a little pamphlet or such with the book and then you can't locate it by the BIN number. They would prefer you by the book there at a much higher price. The extra information about the book helped me locate it as the correct book even with the different BIN numbers.

This book helped me tremendously in my math class, I could not have made it without it. As long as you read the chapters you will do fine in your class with this book.

I got it half price then I would've gotten it at the bookstore and it was in better condition then my seller informed me prior!

The item arrived quickly and was exactly as it was described.The textbook had very little wear and was of much use.

This book includes many examples to make the theory easy to understand. It takes a topic that could be quite difficult and makes it interesting and fun with many applications to real life.

This company is not reputable. DO NOT buy from them. My money was taken and 3 months later the product has still not arrived. All attempts to contact the buyer were ignored and EBAY had to persue the return of my money. What a mess. Be careful, very careful the price looks good but the product will never show up.

Book is exactly what is professes to be: the actual text with international ISBN code and a different cover. My college-attending daughter was quite pleased.

It was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. This book is very helpful for those in starter math courses in college. It is filled with information that is easy enough for even me to understand.

I bought it for keep that at my home so i can let my book that borrowed from school and i can do my hoework at my home even though I did not bring the heavy math book :)

I have used your service in the past with great success. Unfortunately this time was a different story. I have yet to receive my math textbook. I have filed a claim to insure that I do not get charged for this book. I am into week five of my classes and had to order the book from the bookstore at full price plus pay for next day shipping. So, I am disappointed and now poor.

I asked for expedite shipping, it was shipped media mail. My son got his book late so he got behind in class, but then the shipping was refunded. Anyone can make a mistake

I was overall satisfied with the book and the price was very reasonable. It did contain a few signs of wear and tear. Other than that the book was in good condition.

I was so pissed off about this purchase. It was the first time I trusted buying my textbooks online because all my friends told me how much money they saved. I never received my math book and because I had to wait the entire shipping time, I had to take my first test without it and got a C. I don't DO C's. Also then because the person I bought it from did not answer any of my e mails I had to wait the stupid time through that too. Had to wait the stupid time before I could file the claim. Now I have to wait 30 days! 30 days!!!! So now I had to purchase the book for it's full price and I still don't have my money back. To say the least I am SO HORRIBLY ANGRY! I will never purchase a book offline again.

I dislike the fact that the seller misrepresented this sell. I've always had great success with past orders and this is my first awful experience. I regret loosing money for a item I never received. I further regret that it takes so long to settle a dispute 30 days. I enrolled in class on August 28,2006. My class ends in December. I've already had a first exam and did not do as well because I did not have a book with and example. This was definitely a Loose (for me) Win (for the fraudlent seller) situation. I was thoroughly disappointed with this purchase only. I've had great success with all other purchases. This certainly hindered me from purchasing my other book from this site.

I have not receive the item and I do not receive my money back I really dislike about the item and the selle's I would try to contact him for many times and I did not receive any response I bought this book because that is the book that I need for my class

Im really dissapointed! I try to get this book because I really needed something cheaper than the one that I suppose to buy at the university that cost 105 bucks. A friend told me about Half.com and I decided to check it out. When I found out the price I didn't think it twice in buying it. Two weeks passed and I didnt recieve anything. Then I saw a date on my purchase list and I waited... I tried contanting the seller serial times but he didn't answer any of my emails or comments.
By today, one month and a half later Im still waiting for it and im fithing with the credit card now to cancel that payment because I never recieve anything. This was my first and my last try to get something by internet or by ebay. I thought it was a great idea but it wasn't. Actually a couple of my friends in the same math class are still waiting for their books to because I talk to the about Half.com.
Its really sad because I was really exited about this website and I was considering having you guys for my next year to buy my college book but is no way that im going to do it after this.
