THROUGH NO FAULT OF THE SELLER, I WAS PUT IN A VERY DIFFICULT POSITION. I NEEDED THIS BOOK FOR A SHORT TERM COURSE OF 5 WEEKS AND WENT HUNTING FOR THIS BOOK. THE BOOK WAS ADVERTISED HERE SO I ORDERED IT. AFTER EBAY HAD ALREADY DEBITED MY CREDIT CARD, THE SELLER SENDS ME A NOTE LETTING BE KNOW THE BOOK HAD BEEN SOLD WEEKS AGO. I HAD TO STRUGGE THROUGH THE COURSE "BOOKLESS".

The book was practically brank new. The pages were clean and not a mark was in it. I was so happy to get it at a wonderful price. The only thing I dislike is that the postage was high but not higher than most of the other books posted.

The book was as described. I was a little worried about buying the international edition, but it is exactly like the US edition, just less expensive. Shipping wasn't the best, I asked for the book to be shipped ASAP and paid the extra amount, and it still took over a week. I don't believe it was the buyers fault, but that of the post office. Regardless, when paying the extra amount, I expected it to be here sooner.

International version is the same as the American Version but CHEAPER! The inside is pretty plain and boring, but it gets the job done and gives you a great grade! So if you're looking for a cheap skate just go ahead and get this one!

Needed the book for class. Received in great condition. Had some marks in it but that is not a problem. I am hoping the book will be a great learning tool on how i can become a supervisor.
