Shannon and Will Ferrell are funny in this movie but I would just rent it. Some of the skits they do are classic but that is all I can say.

If you like SNL you will LOVE this movie! Its one of tose movies you can watch over and over again and not get sick of it!!!!!!!!!!

This is a great film with plenty of laughs from the stars of Saturday Night Live, Molly Shannon and Will Ferrell. This dynamic duo hit the big screen in this hilarious comedy that places Molly Shannon as a catholic schoolgirl, who is desperate to kiss the school hunk, played by Will Ferrell. Not just any kiss will do however, as it has to be "a Big Time, Hold-Your-Breath, Till-You-Think-Your-Gonna-Faint, Hollywood-style kiss." Crazy, zany antics abound in this film, including practice kissing a tree by schoolgirl Mary Catherine Gallagher This movie is great, and I give this one "two thumbs up" rate it 5 Stars ***** (Make that, Super-Stars!)

If you love Mary Katherine Gallager & Will Ferrel from SNL, you will love this movie. It is an exagerated view of teen angst, popularity struggles, growing up with a protective grandmother and making dreams come true. You will laugh your head off. The lunchroom scene, the cheerleader fight & final performance will have you cheering. This is one of my favorite movies along with Juno & Sound of Music!!

I REMEMBER GOING TO WATCH THIS IN THE MOVIE THEATRE WITH MY FRIEND. BROUGHT BACK MEMORIES OF BEING A TEENAGER. I WASN'T AS STRANGE AS THE MAIN CHARACTER IN THE MOVIE, BUT SHE DID REMIND ME ALOT OF MYSELF WHEN SHE KNOCKED THE SMOTT OUT OF THE VALLEY GIRL CHEERLEADER.

I know this is not one of those really big movies but it always makes me laugh. Mary Katherine Gallagher is one of Molly Shannon's better characters. The super model fantasy sequence cracks me up every time I see it. Cute, mindless, teen, musical movie.
