Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo (PlayStation, 1997)

Maybe it's a little better on a Sega Saturn, but this game is a classic no matter what platform. Unlike the GBA edition, this one doesn't have any co-play bugs.
If you like Tetris or puzzle games or if you are a big fan of the characters from other Capcom games, this is really an interesting and addictive puzzler.

MY KIDS AND I LOVE THIS GAME SOOO MUCH! AND WE'VE ONLY EVER PLAYED THE DEMO VERSION!!! WE'VE HAD THIS DEMO FOR SEVERAL YEARS, AND COULD NOT FIND A FULL VERSION(AT A REASONABLE PRICE). SINCE "DISCOVERING" EBAY, I'VE BEEN TRYING TO FIND AN AFFORDABLE COPY AND WE FINALLY HAVE. THIS GAME IS THIS POPULAR AND HARD TO FIND BECAUSE IT IS JUST THAT GOOD. YOU'LL HAVE HOURS OF FUN WITH YOUR FAMILY.

Great game that combines puzzle and street fighter play. The game is extremely addicting! The game is very fun, but since the character voices are all in Japanese, I have no idea what they are saying.

This game is very easy to learn and can be played for HOURS. It's very hard to find a good copy of this game for a decent price because it's so good. Anyone with an IQ greater than 10 should buy this game!!

Just like the Arcade classic,but with a few extra modes and some characters to earn. Love it. No disappointment here. 5/5

This is a fun game and tough. I had this game before and let someone borrow it and they lost it. I bought it again, if the game sucked I would not buy it twice. So go get your own copy and enjoy this game

You can find this game in arcades but it's better to have your own copy so you can play over and over again almost anywhere with your friends. The character design is different but amusing like how they interact with other characters and the idea of making chain reactions in puzzles to battle with your opponent is unlike any other video game you've ever played

This game is one of the best classic games every. Combination of tetris and capcom , it's the best time killer! A++

This is an excellent puzzle game. I used to play the demo of it for hours and now have finally purchased it. It is very fun and addicting, I would recommend it to just about everyone even those with only a light interest in puzzle games.

This game came out when I graduated from high school - I've searched high and low for a reasonable price on a decent copy and can't imagine having found it elsewhere for less! I love this game! My sister works for Namco-Bandai and my cousin works for EA Sports...neither of them have been able to find it for me! I'm 29 with two roommates, 22 & 26 years old...I've got them hooked on it after just a few minutes! Wish I would've had this game in Iraq!

I bought it originally for my boyfriend, but now I cant stop playing it too. The game is a lot of fun, I got it in great condition, it was practically brand new. I also got very quick after I made my purchase, it was easy and hassle free. Thanks a bunch!!

Ok the seller was high on shipping. but other then that the game is great, I am happy. This is the type of game you can only get better and better at. It is a good way to kill time with friends or by your self. The cost of the game is cheep. Just make sure you find out about the shipping. That is where they make you bend over...!

I LOVED the way the game was packaged - still in the plastic! And my boyfriend LOVED it and said it was his best christmas gift this year. It was his favorite puzzle game as a kid!

It's like tetris, but with punching. Of course, growing up in my house, tetris often did come with punching, and name calling, and the occasional thrown controller. Ah, the memories...where was I? This game combines the best elements of puzzles and fighting and puts you head to head against other players. The single player mode is fun, but the games truly shines when you're trying to beat a friend into bejewelled submission. combine like colored gems into power gems and strings and then use the breaker gem to shatter them all. your nemesis will then have a butt load of gems dropped on him that can't be broken for a set number of turn. your fighter will also perform an attack on the opposing character. the game is fast paced and can change drastically with only a few gems. I love it.

Puzzlefighter is such an amazing game-- it brought my roommates and I closer in college. I'm no 3-D gamer, so it suits me well. Like Tetris, it has pieces that come at you that you get to place. When you break your blocks, it sends a proportion of those blocks over to your opponent. This affords an idea opportunity for ridiculous shi-talking, which is one of the best aspects of the game.

I paid over 32 dollars to have a new copy of this 9 year-old game shipped to me. That's obsene by electronics/depreciation standards. The average PS1 game today-- worth maybe 5 dollars. If you didn't know any better, you would say that I got a raw deal. But for a little disc that I can fire up that can bring out competition, the pure joy and thrill in people that I only knew some years ago, it pays for itself every one of those magical nights-- and will continue to. What could be better about this game? Nothing. Worth far more than any of you will ever pay for it, I highly recommend it. --Coastale

The game was originally made for the Playstation, but has since become available on other systems. The first incarnation is probably one of the best. This game features several play modes, both for single or multiple players. The game mocks street fighter characters and battle modes. It is a very clever game with several different characters to choose from, hidden secrets to unlock, and battle types. Each character has a special attack, knowing this is the key to completing the game. THe game is great fun whether alone or with friends, everyone seems to enjoy it no matter how bad they lose, or win. Overall I would say the game is an 8/10

this game is one of the coolest puzzle games ever cool characters and hours of fun i had it years ago and lost it im happy to find it again and even though its 10 years old it is still one of my favorites

I decided to buy this game because during my teenage years I always used to play it at the movie theater. That was the only arcade that had it in my area. Also this game is ultra rare so when I saw it on eBay I just had to buy it.

I love this game it very fun, challenging, and competitive plus my gf likes to play it too...lol

There is nothing to dislike about this game.
