
Great information book!
This book is great for health! It is easy to read and full of information from many different perspectives. If you want to increase your health in one of the easiest ways you can, than this is a great start. The only con is that the book has tidbits of important information and recipes tucked in odd places. In spite of the slightly disorganized feel of the book it has a lay person's termonology and is easy to read.
