Super Nintendo Entertainment System - Game console

Of all the systems available - Super Nintendo (Super NES) is hands down my favorite... and eBay has tons of them available and fantastic prices - and all of the great games available.

Its hard to imagine how revolutionary this system was just a few years ago - as XBOX 360 and others come along, the graphics are so advanced and the games have progressed and completely morphed into full environments. But Super Nintendo combined decent graphics (cutting edge at the time - satisfactory now) with fantastic gameplay. Whereas I become bored playing most current games for more than a few repetitions - games like Mario Kart and Super Mario Brothers IV are staples of great gaming, can be played time and time again, and were the foundation for most of the classics that are still played by serious gamers.

Best of all, Super Nintendo enables great social gameplay. Games like Mario Tennis and Mario Kart are ideal for party setting or a beer & games night.

There is also something very satisfying about the nostalgia of playing Super Nintendo and the classic games... that nostalgia has also made for excellent supply on eBay and the ability to buy games in the $2.50 - $10.00 range. Games that are must includes in any collection:

Everyone should have a Super Nintendo System- the games are a lot of fun,, and still easy to get on ebay. I actually these older games better than what's coming out today! The controllers are easy to use, the system works well, and it doesn't need as much cleaning as the original Nintendo system did! Check it out!

What a great way to share time with my kids!! My 14 year old video game junkie is having a ball playing Mario with his mother. He is shocked and amazed that there is actually a video game for mom. My 7 year old is also having a blast playing with mom. Simply a great family "toy". Works just like I remember, from having to blow in the game and the system to get them to run. Only issue is that the reset button does not work, but oh well, I'm loving it anyway!!

I just received a super nitendo with 2 controllers and 4 games ! The console its self is in great condition with no visable damage or wear the controllers are slightly worn but work good and all the games work great weve already tried them all out ! I was very satisfied with this purchase and I feel like I got a bargain!!!

I love playing the old games when life was simpler. Super Mario World, Donkey Kong, Mario All Stars, they just don't make games like them anymore.

Super nintendo itroduced many new innovations such a shoulder buttons and photo rendered graphics as seen in donkey kong country. this system was ahead of its tim becuase for $200 you got the features that only it and the $650 snk neogeo had, this includes photo renderd graphics or PRG (Donkey Kong Country) 3D from a super fx chip (StarFox, Doom) and scaling and rotation hadware (F-zero, Mario kart).And above all it had great games and peripherals such as Super Joy, super gameboy and super scope.

love the price, dislike 4 out of the 5 games, needed new SNES, mine ended up becoming a large plastic paper weight.

The NES was poor, though revolutionary, but the SNES has stood the test of time and its games are still every bit as enjoyable and fun as they were 15 years ago. This system has too many superb games to count, and it's relatively cheap these days. Don't miss out!

i like the fact that it seems to be in good condition except for a peice of tape on the plug i don't understand why that is there i loved the nintendo game system since i was a little kid that is why i bought it but the only problem i have is that a game should have been included

This is an extremely customer friendly seller. I purchased a supernintendo and 10 games from this seller and the shipping was miscalculated $7.00 less than what was necessary to ship the item. This system didn't have the ports on the bottom like the old super nintendo. I bought this system for my exercise bicycle but could not use it. It does play the games fine but the joy sticks are not that well built. I've only had the system for about a month and one of the controlers is starting to go.

The Nintendo is perhaps one of the best systems available for personal injury, mayhem in the home, destruction of personal belongings and death. It is true that Nintendo has caused more broken arms, more smashed windows, more internal combustions and death than Aids, Drugs, Cancer, Drunk Drivers, Drive-By Shootings, people falling from windows, and Old Age combined. Although Nintendo is a blast to play with you should be aware of the physical risks of playing.

really enjoy classic games and this system plays them perfectly if you like old school mario or rpgs you should pick this up

I bought this Nintendo for the mission in Bloomington IL and donated it to them. The People at the mission are well pleased with it and the buying transaction was excellent. I used to look at Wal-Mart or some other store for items that I need. Any more I just check out Ebay first. With the price of gas I am more than happy to use the internet and let the item be shipped to me. It is much more economical and convenient than running all around town in the car.

Seller has no clue how to properly ship things. When I received the electronic item, it was rapped in 4 plastic grocery bags with plenty of space to wiggle. There was also no “Fragile” sticker or even written on the box. It is no wonder that when I received the item it was broken, would not work, and parts were loose. When I gently shook the item, I could hear things on the inside. Seller advertised the item as “working fine” and in “good condition” when in fact the item was yellow, had gashes in the side, parts loose, etc. While I did receive a full refund from the seller, I was not notified when the item was received or the seller sent me a refund at all. A courtesy email would have been bare minimum, but not received. I will never do business with this seller again.

I love this product, you have a SNES and an NES both in one. Works great. Very convenient. only downside is i did not recieve cables with it but luckily I have plenty. Arrived quickly.
