i can't rate this item because i lost the interested after the seller told me it was not complete as i thought .
maybe was my fault when i made the offer but as usual seller responds like in 24 hours or more ,but this time he replied me right away after that i asked him if the item has everything book and a case and he told me not it is just one thing (cartbrige )so obviously i lost the interested on it.
i sent my apologies to him twice ,because he was sending me the invoice many times , what can i do to get rid of this issue
I have never had problems to pay an item but yes i have had problems to recieve the ones i won ,i think Ebay rules has to be EQUAL & EVEN for everyone .
since i am a Ebay member i have paid all my items
hope your ebay staff solve this issue as soon as possible
