The Super Colossal Book of Hidden Pictures by Editors of Highlights for Children (1994, Paperback)

I ordered this book for my 5 year old son with hopes that there would be pictures as a reference to find within the larger picture (he's not reading by himself yet). Unfortunately, one has to read the words of items to find to do this successfully. I did end up giving it to a 6 year old boy as a gift, and he loves it.

I take these books apart and put the individual pages in plastic sleeve pages, place in a 3 ring binder, attach a pen (with a little length of ribbon and tie to top ring of the notebook). The pen should be the kind that writes on plastic and can be wiped off with a damp cloth. Then you have a multiple use book when quiet times are needed...doctors visits, church, back seat of the car on a very, very long trip!
