Super C (Nintendo, 1990)

A great game. I used to play for hours at a time. 2 players can play at once!
Right, Left, Down, Up, A B is the cheat code for 10 lives. I know there is a better cheat code for weapons and lives but I can't remember. This game is a must have for your nintendo collection.

As a sequel to the NES classic Contra, this game has some big shoes to fill. I would definitely say that it delivers the goods, with more of the same ground-breaking graphics, sound, and multi-player fun of the original. Also inherited, however, is the legendary difficulty. For the casual gamer this game can very quickly become an exercise in frustration. For the hardcore gamer, though, it offers great replay value because of the feeling of accomplishment that you get from progressing through the game. Also of note is the exceptional co-op multi-player. This was one of the main reasons that I decided to add this game to my collection. Even though this game came out nearly 17 years ago I still have a blast playing through this game with a friend. To me that is the definition of a true classic! I would recommend this game to anyone who likes the original NES Contra, is looking for a good challenge, wants to show off what the NES can do, or is looking for a good co-op multi-player game.

This is one of the best classic Nintendo games. The original cheat code game for me. It is still as fun as ever, even with the old school graphix.

Super C is a great game and I'm glad I finally get to play it again after almost 15 years. It's a simple yet fun game to play, especially with 2 players. If there are any fans of the 8bit NES out there trying to rebuild their game collection, I highly recommend Super C, as well as the original Contra.

this is as good as it gets. game works fine. inside is a LITTLE loose. BUT it dosn't really distract from the overall item.

An awesome sequel to the original. I can't believe I did not know about this game when it was new!! Cheat available to give you 10 guys (look on the Internet). Not as good as the 30 guys you could get on the first version, but still enough to beat the game with a friend and a little practice.

The game took a little time getting here, but it is understandable since it came from Canada. It took a while for it to play, but once we got it to play, everything was fine.

I never received this product! I've emailed and sent messages to the sender several times and she is avoiding me!

Super C is the sequel to the original Contra Nintendo game. It has all the same great features as the first but different levels and probably more action based on my opinion. Great shooter game and very easy to play. A classic anybody would enjoy at any age.

Super C is one of the best(if not the best) Contra games. You play as a commando blasting through stages, collecting all kinds of weapon powerups. The Spreader(S)weapon is always the best. This game is very fun. I can make it through about 3 or 4 levels without losing a life(1 hit kills you).The levels are all very big and they are full of enemies. The best part about this game has got to be the bosses. They were all big and hard(but most of them can be killed easily with the spreader). Overall, this is a fun game that has a good life span. Reccomended!

This game is terribly fun. If you enjoyed Contra, you will enjoy Super C. The gameplay is very similar, and the music is terrific. I actually like Contra a little better, because you can enter the code to get an extra 30 lives, making the game much easier to beat. You can only get 10 extra lives on Super C, making it much more difficult to conquer. Ultimately, a GREAT game though.

i like this game because it makes me remember my childhood. i really like the graphics and sound tracks i think it's funny and cool at the same time.

Part two to the Contra collection. Had this as a kid but sold my nes as time went by. Decided to buy it since its one of my favorite games of all time for the Nintendo. What I disliked about it was the fact that you only get 3 lives but I had game genie which allowed cheat codes. Unlike Contra 1 it didnt have the 30 live cheat code. But despite all that this game is great. Its a challenge to pass but truly one of the greats from a system that started it all Nintendo Entertainment System

I bought this game in part for the nostalgia. It is a great collectors piece of the games of yesteryear and an icon of the NES series. This was a game I had the opportunity to play as a youth, but never owned.

Seller recieved payment quickly. It was really nice to get such a rare game at such a good price, I had looked at a collectable store and they were selling it for over $35.

The game does not work most of the time I have to wiggle it and toy with it for about 5 minutes if not more, before it works everytime I insert it into my Nintendo. All my other games play perfectly I have never had this problem before. I am totally dissatisfied with this purchase and feel like I have been ripped off. The summary stated the game worked, was in good condition.

If you've played Contra, you know what to expect with Super C. It is run-and-gun twitch gaming from the NES at its best. The different weapons add great variety, and the game is very challenging. If you love NES classics, you have to give this one a try.
