Summer Bridge Activities by Carla Fisher, Jill F. Clark, Julia Hobbs (1996, Paperback)

I have been using these books for summer learning for 3 years now. I really love them. The material is a great review of the previous years learned info. The book was in great condition. Delivery took some time but I assumed it was because it was shipped media mail.

I've purchased books in these series for 2 summers in a row. This book is a great tool to help your child retain and reinforce what he/she has just learned during the school year. Your child will not be overwhelmed beacease each day has an assigned lesson usually 1-2 pages that only takes 10 - 15 minutes to complete. As an incentive to do the work there is a reward system you and your child can decide upon. The workbook also provides a Reading Book list which encourages both parent and child to continue to read during the summer vacation.

I LOVE these books, it keeps kids involved with their work over the summer months. and it helps them to remember what they have learned it also helps them to look forward to the next grade level
