This cookbook helps take the guesswork out of healthy eating. By using the recipes you can eat well and drop some pounds off. My husband has lost about 50 pounds so far, it must be working. If you like mushrooms, green peppers, and onions then your in luck, try the rancher's omlette. How about fish or shrimp for dinner, that sounds pretty good.
This is one of my two most used cookbooks, you don't feel like you just have to eat lettuce to diet. Its loosing weight by reducing your sugar intake. We have some family members who are diabetics and they are now trying this also.
Most of us have alot of cookbooks lying around, but this is the first one I've had that lists healthier choices to choose from. I like this book.
