This is an amazing book for women that I'd recommend (and have been) to every female I run across. Sark's book is easy to read, filled with color, doodles, and jokes, so it doesn't have that 'self-help' feel to it at all. She writes from her own experiences, yet in a way that you can relate to. The book is short, yet manages to really get you to introspectively look at yourself, find your 'succulence' and be strong as an individual. Concepts like marrying yourself, going out alone - ones we should already know but don't!

Also something I liked about this book is how at the end of each chapter, she provides several book titles, music, movies, and occasionally numbers where you can learn more about the chapter (e.g. 'women and relationships'). A must read!

I loved everything about this book; mainly because I could relate to it. I learned a lot from it and learned how to do some things differently.

Sark has a great writing style that is easy to read and enjoy. Pick up the book, open to any page and start reading! The casual writing style means that no matter where you might start reading, you will find something that will make you smile, laugh, or hit home. I have given this book many times as a gift and it has always been a welcome present. My own copy has been used over the years to remind me of something, a pick me up when I am feeling blue, or just to have a fun short read about a particular topic. Sark's writing is as she is thinking, much like we might do in a diary. Its nice to see thoughts we might have in print from someone else that also feels the same way. Read this book for yourself, or have confidence in giving this to a friend. Either way you won't be dissapointed!

I love that she uses personal expreience to educate readers. Vulnerability on Sark's part allows readers to see the truth that walks in each of us. She allows us to see corners of her life and provides an avenue by which we can look inside those same facets of ourselves.

Every woman I know should own this book!! I wish I could buy everyone of my girlfriends this book. SARK is very down to earth she is very open and honest and very encouraging for women to be who they truly are. The book is so easy and delightful to read. She uses such creativity to draw and write with such flavor that you will not won't to put it down. SARK helps women to see that making time for ourselves, and finding out what we like and dislike, what feeds us and what irratates us, is very empowering and useful in our lives. I do not think any woman who is ready for some encouragement to be themselves with an open heart and open mind would ever be disappointed in this book. A MUST HAVE!!

Sark has a wonderful way of conversing directly with the reader through her writing and almost anyone can relate to her material. She will make you laugh out loud and think deeper than you may want to ~ most assuredly, you will walk away from her books with a different insight into life and priorities. I highly recommend this book as well as her others to EVERYONE. Yay Sark!
