Striking Distance (DVD, 1998, Closed Captioned)

Without question, an almost tailor-made Bruce Willis vehicle. Great action, creepy elements and a tense plot that builds to a terrific ending with a super cast, including two of my favorites, Tom Sizemore and John Mahoney. The movie takes a page from Hitchcock's book in that it has the "wrong-man-accused" idea, but it's a fresh approach to the formula and done so well that you really don't mind. Great plot twists and surprises make STRIKING DISTANCE a movie that will keep you guessing right to the very end --- definitely worth a look! This would make a great addition to anyone's library, particularly if you are a Bruce Willis fan.

Bruce Willis & Sarah Jessica Parker do a great job in their leading roles, supported by a good cast. The background shots of Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas were well done. If you like action and suspense, this is the movie for you.

I consider this a well written and top action suspense film. Will enjoy seeing it over and over
The cast of characters are well chosen and Bruce Willis always gives a first class performance.
The script keeps you wondering as to what will happen next and those watching it for the first time, will find a nice twist in the story line.

Pretty good movie starring Bruce Willis and Sarah Jessica Parker as river cops in Pittsburgh, PA. This movie moved along at a good pace, it wasn't "slow" or boring. I recommend this movie for guys and gals who like a good story with good acting. This movie rocks also because Dennis Farina plays, what else, a cop. Any cop movie with Farina in it is good to go in my opinion.

I like this movie becaue I LOVE Bruce Willis and the movie is set in my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. it's fun to watch because of that being that I don't live there anymore!!!!

As a Bruce Willis fan, I like to see his movies more than once. I bought this one so I could do just that. It's story line is a little different than most of his works. I enjoyed it. I don't particularly like Sara Jessica Parker but the combination of the two worked out well. The movie arrived in a very timely manner and was reasonably priced.
