This book covers alot about how your body is effected by stress but gives alot of examples of breathing techniques and idea's to relax the body, thus calming the mind. I really like the section of examples - offers web addresses to check out too! I've kept this book and pull it out occasionally to review the relaxation techniques - it's the reason I purchased it. Worth the buy!!
