I needed to get this book for class. When it arrived I noticed it was pretty big, but in good condition.

The book was in mint condition when I received it. There were no markings on the book. The delivery was prompt.

I bought this book for Health Care Administration class. The book online was $30 cheaper than my school bookstore. I read the entire book. It was confusing at first, being new terms but in the end you understand the entire cycle and how everything fits in. The strategies being taught here are great for any company you might encounter or even your everyday life. The plans and strategies are great techniques for healthcare organizations specifically, but could work in other areas as well. Well worth the money!

I didn't receive the item purchase at all but I was promised my money back some time later. My overall experience with ebay wasn't satisfactory because I purchase three items and ended up with two one was on time, the other one was extremely late and the last one I didn't receive it at all.

I had to file a claim on this seller. It would have taken almost 3 weeks to get the book IF he would have sent it out when he was suppose to. I paid nearly full price for the book and ended up paying more for it cause i had to reorder this text for a class and had to pay express mail. I was so upset.

I had never used your services to order books. My first time and I am sorry to say it will be the last time as well. As of today the book is still not here. I have made many efforts to contact seller through your web site to no avail. I have filed claim on behalf of the seller. Repeated efforts to contact seller has proved fruitless.
