Strategic Management by Fred David (2008, Hardcover)

I ordered this textbook on 10/2/09 for an upcoming class, and have not received it yet as of 11/3/09. Needless to say, I am VERY disappointed with my experience with ebayHalf.com and will NEVER order from them again. I am currently going through the semester with no book until I am financially able to purchase another. Oh, by the way, the claim that I have submitted in regards to this issue will take 30-40 days to be resolve...Great (sarcastically)!

I never recieved my book. Seller was supposed to ship out the book and have it arrive in 1 to 3 days and it is 10 days later and I never got it. Do not buy from him it is a rip off

I bought the book from this seller because of the detailed item description that was given. I felt that the description was sincere and honest compared to other sellers. The book arrived on time and it was in perfect condition

I ordered this book for school and waited for weeks to recieve it. I contacted the seller and never got a response or the book. I finally filed a claim to get a refund. I DO NOT recomend buying from this seller!!!

I just bought this book because it was required for my class. We really don't use the book but the first 5 Chapters. I have a spent so much on the book.

I am not able to comment on this product because I did not receive my book. I ordered it on January 9, 2009; Order confirmed on January 10th. The seller was notified around February 4, 2009 I had not received my product. Ebay's Half.com was copied on my message. At this date, I have not received a refund nor have I been contacted by eBay or the seller. This situation should not lead to a legal matter, but may be the next option I choose as a resolution.

Please respond ASAP so I can receive my Refund and close this unpleasant experience. Thank you very much.
