The book was everything that the seller promise. It was in excellent condition, like new. And i receive the book fast, just what i needed.

I have been ordering books from Half.com for approximately 1 1/2 years now, and each time I have been very satisfied with the condition of the product received. The book I ordered this time, however, Strategic Management by Fred Davis (2006), arrived in absolutely mint condition. As indicated in the listing description, all brochures and pamphlets were included. Furthermore, although its listing caption read "used book", the book was still sealed in an unbroken plastic covering when received. And for all practical purposes, it appeared to be brand spanking new.

As indicated prior, this was not my first order or experience with books from Half.com, and it most definitely will not be my last.

My purchase trhu this seller was very satisfactory. The book was in perfect conditions and delivered right on time as promised. Over all I am very satisfied with this trnasaction.

I purchased this book for my class. I received the book within two to three dayS. The book was in good shape as note on file. I enjoy this purchase. I would purchase more items from this seller.

The order that I made was sent to me with the wrong version of the book. I specifically wanted a hardcover and I made sure that was what I looked for. I found it and they sent me a papercover. After I let them know it was incorrect it was stated that they would send me the correct version as soon as i reshipped the wrong one. I did that at my expense and expected for the book to retrun to me in an expeditious manner. It was never sent nor was I refunded for the EXTRA shipping fee that I had to indure, even though I recieved an email saying that they would send me the book and 8 dollars.
Don't make promises you dont intend to keep!!!

The thing that i like is because it is new. The book was previously copied so you could see the other pages when u are reading the one u want .

The material was in good condition when I received it. I ordered it for an upcoming class I was taking. The seller communicated with me, but failed to mention that the edition of the book I ordered was international which meant it was one year behind the US edition I needed. I needed the 11th edition which is what I thought I purchased, but it wasn't. It was the international eleventh edition. The seller did not mention the significant difference in content, nor did they mention that the book was a year behind the most recent US version. So I ended up losing out on 56.80; the seller was out of the country, so he would not refund me my money unless I shipped the item back, but it would've cost me almost half of what I paid for the book to ship it back to him. So I lost out.

I left positive feedback for the fast shipment of the item because I don't believe in a tit for tat...I will not do bad because bad was done to me. I do believe the seller will reap what he's sewn though. I will continue to use e-bay, the service has been GREAT to me.

I am highly satisfied with this seller who went out of his way to seek feedback on the purchase. The seller even made a partial refund of the purchase amount when I informed him that the book had been published in India where prices are generally much lower as compared to the United States.

Needed the book for college. The book arrived in great condition. It has Very thorough case studies.

It is fine. I have got to use it in my class and it seems to be matching up properly. Everything was fine with it.

One of the better books I've read on Management. It was very useful in my upperclassmen classes. I'd highly recommend this book to someone who is a Management major.

No so much of an updated read. Krispy cream case is no longer the power it was. Cases are outdated but the material is a fairly easy read. Pg 144. Invetory turnover is not calculated using sales. It is a consistent discrepanc between Mgmt and Acct majors. Acct uses COGS as the numerator and Avg inventory in the denominator. Sales completely distorts the ratio because of profit margin built in to the sales price.

I like it because this book is in great condition, it is like new. And I receive it very quickly. So I recommend it to others.

never received the book from the buyer. This was my first negative experience with ebay purchases and I hope it will be my last. I have purchased several other books through e-bay and never experienced a problem until I attempted to obtain this book. It was a requirement for my school and the buyer failed to produce the product.

It is a very good price. And sent to me very fast, so i like it very much. I decided to buy this book becuase i saw the rate of this seller is very high. I appreciated that i recevied this book after i ordered just 3-4 days later. Then i decide to buy more and more textbook from this seller, because i trust him/her.

I bought the book because I needed for a college course I am taking. The book overall is good. When I purchased the book I did not know it was the international version and it does not have some of the case studies in it to complete a couple of my assignments.
