Movie Description
This release presents a double feature of Hollywood classics starring leading lady Barbara Stanwyck: in the film noir THE STRANGE LOVE OF MARTHA IVERS (1946), a conniving heiress (Stanwyck) ropes her weak-willed, alcoholic husband (Kirk Douglas) into a murder plot; and in the musical mystery LADY OF BURLESQUE (1943), a sardonic comedian (Michael O'Shea) and an ambitious stripper (Stanwyck) team up to solve a string of murders within their seedy burlesque troupe.
