The Story and Its Writer by Ann Charters (2002, Paperback)

The product did not really fit the discription of the actual book condition. I was very disappointed when I received the book. The book was torn here and there and it was actually falling apart. And there was doodling everywhere some were blocking the reading part so I am having hard time reading it. And shipping was also late.

Bought it for a fiction-writing class. Definitely recommend it for aspiring writers. It's very inspirational and full of great stories.

the book is an old endition, so it was cheaper than the newest edition. It doesnt have the same stories, but it was still helpful and practically the same as the newest book.

I am currently reading this book, consisting of numerous short stories. The stories are all very deep having underlying meaning and vague. The book itself offers no help or guide. There is no dictionary to help you out with meanings such as style of writing, prose, etc. Basically, you're on your own. Very disappointing text with very disapointing assignments. I plan on posting a bad review about the class in hopes of acquiring a new text.
