I bought this book because I saw his series on television and his recipes looked awesome. The book is equally as interesting with lots of tips and strategies to help those who need it. The book is really thick, but there are TONS of great recipes in it. If you are someone who likes to barbeque and try new ideas, give this book a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I bought this book a few weeks ago and I cannot tell you how informative and descriptive and detailed this book is I have done a few recipes in this book each one was a homerun with freinds and family. I give this book 5 stars highly recomended
