Steven Raichlen's BBQ USA by Steven Raichlen (2003, Hardcover)

Being an avid bbq and smoking junkie for over 30 years I have purchased many books on the subject. Most of them might have some general information on how to Q and mostly usless recipes. This book is full of information in detail on how to bbq. For the beginer you will get information down to how many charcols to use for each recipe. This book is chaulked full great recipes including sauces, mops, and rubs. This is the best book on bbq I have ever read. I think everyone will get somthing out of this book.

Awesome book,extremely informative.It cover's a broad variety of barbecueing technique's.I love it and suggest it to any and all barbecue lover's.

The person who I purchased the book from cashed my check and the post office claims to have found an empty package with my name and address on it almost 30 days later. I had repeatedly left messages w/ the U.S. Post Office but not to any surprise didn't hear from them. I filed out the USPS paperwork. Should the seller not pay me back my money? or is the post office responsible? Funny thing, this was my very first purchase on eBay.

It shows alot of the history and info on where to get good BBQ all across America. Great recipes and stories about the origin of BBQ.

Recently purchased a Big Green Egg Grill. Saw this cookbook advertised on TV. Found on Ebay at cheaper price and purchased on ebay. Book has a lot of history of Bbquing. Great recipes for meats, sauces, and side dishes.
