Good for research, but not very interesting on its own:

I love Stephen King's The Dark Tower series. However, it can be impossible to keep up with all the characters, places, events, etc. that the series covers. Look no further! Robin Furth has compiled all that information for you (though it was actually done for Stephen King himself since he couldn't even remember all the information).

A Concordance Volume II is an exhaustive study of the last three books in the series that includes everything you could ever possibly want to know about the world of the Dark Tower. However, the book itself was written for research purposes, and is not usually that entertaining unless you are a true fanatic. Unless you are doing a term paper on the series, I wouldn't suggest buying it. Bev Vincent's The Road to the Dark Tower is much more interesting, and covers the entire series in just one book (and retails for LESS than ONE of the Concordance books)!

Remember, the main purpose of A Concordance was for Stephen King's own research, not our enjoyment. It definitely fulfills its purpose, and proves that Robin Furth knows more about the Dark Tower than anyone else!
