I own many exercise videos and this is still my favorite step video. I purchased it first when t came out in '92. I have had it all these years until it was misplaced, so I bought it again on ebay. It is an excellent workout and Ms Miller (the instructor) is an excellent fitness intstuctor. Her execution is on point, the african band is great and the workout is easy to follow, yet it gets your heart rate up.
