Stemware of the 20th Century by Harry L. Rinker (1997, Paperback)

I purchased this book in order to help identify stems--since I have picked up a few that I'd like to identify.

The problem with this book is that it is the TOP 200 PATTERNs of the 20th CENTURY..and you must pay attention to the title. Figuring that a centery is 100 years--this book shows you roughly 2 patterns per year--therefore many patterns that you may be looking for..just won't be included in this book.

I still however, give credit to anyone taking the time to write a book as it is very time consuming to say the least.....bu again--this book really lacked the depth that I was looking for--as far as identifying patterns. It does have enough pictures so that if you have few reference books on hand this one
for a good cost--will give you a glimpse of the patterns of stems.that you could say..are pretty much still around and available for collection or outright purchase to add to usable sets you have on hand currently.
