Steel Toes (DVD, 2007, Closed Captioned)

Newcomer Andrew Walker does an awesome job playing the part of a Nazi Skinhead who winds up in Prison for the brutal senseless beating of a man of Arabian descent. He made the Movie!! The emotions and actions felt very real and moving. I would certainly recommend this one as it is transforms you from hating him to possibly sympathizing with him as he prepares his court defense!! Bravo!

This is a magnificent take on Neo-Nazi vs. Jewish Person situation. The dialogues between the two lead characters - is often phenomenally masterful. Andrew Walker, who plays the young skinhead on trial for murder, is excellent. A four-star performance. But it is David Strathairn, who plays the skinhead's lawyer, a Jewish man, who takes the film to a much deeper emotional level. His performance is Oscar-worthy, and it's a shame this movie wasn't ever even mentioned. Perhaps people don't LIKE to watch movies that deal with heavy emotions and deep situations anymore; there isn't even ONE CAR CHASE in it. But this is the kind of drama that really, really COUNTS. If you are a fan of David Strathairn, this is a MUST-SEE motion picture. His performance is absolutely beautiful.
