For any seriously dedicated lover of red meat, this is the ABSOLUTE must have bible on the subject. It covers so many facets from the best steaks available via mail order to the best steak houses and recipes for preparing steaks and the finest side dishes. The chapter on "aged" steaks is phenominal. Virtually anyone from novice to self proclaimed expert on anything steak related, will LOVE this book!
