
Staying Healthy w/ Nutrition
This book has a lot of great information to help prevent many diseases and aliments. The information about the vitamins and minerals alone is beneficial to me. I bought this book as part of my Fundamentals of Holistic Nutrition course. The only thing I found about this book that would be a dislike is when it was bound together part of chapter 16 is between chapters 14 and 15. At least all the pages are there, just out of order.
