Statehood Quarters Album (1999, Hardcover)

I purchased 5 of these and 3 of the 5 were not assembled correctly. They had two pages the same or were missing pages. I wouldn't buy again without inspection capabilities. When trying to correct the problem, I ended up needing one page and having one too many of another page between the 5 books. I tried to return the single page for a correct page, but was offered a 5% compensation. (Less that 50 cents), I was then told I could return one book for a replacement but must have the packing slip, which I regretfully didn't keep. Bye these at the store where you can see them.

Items not available should not be listed for sale! Is it so hard to keep track of your inventory?? I had a website of 100s of items and never listed one for sale that wasn't available. Please send my refund to PayPal.
