Movie Description
If the actor extraordinaire Jeff Bridges's Excellency were to ever be put under trial, this double feature would be the defense's ace in the hole. In John Carpenter's unusually gentle STARMAN, Bridges plays an alien that has come down to Earth on a peaceful scouting mission and rapidly learns about the human race through his relationship with a young widow. In JAGGED EDGE, a wealthy socialite is found brutally murdered and her manipulative husband (Bridges) becomes the prime suspect.
