Star Wars Trilogy (VHS, Special Edition - Platinum Widescreen Edition)

This is a visually stunning movie, Even today. This movie, released originally in 1977 was so far ahead of it's time that it's scary. George Lucas pionerred and created new filming and speacial effects tecnices that are still relivant and still used today. Without the pioneer efforts of this movie most of todays big box office hits wouldn't be possible. This film is fun and action pact, it spawned two sequals, 3 prequals, several made for tv movies and many many cartoon series. + hundreads of books, toys, lunch boxes, underwear, toothbrushed, dog holloween costumes and any other bizarr thing you can tink of... Star wars is one of the greatest movies ever and george lucas is a god!!!

Star Wars has got to be the greatest movie series of all time!!! There is so much excitement and action. All I can say is OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought these on VHS for my 9 year old. He loves when they come on t.v. and VHS is more durable than a disc. He was happy to have them as a surprise gift. They are great to watch as a family and keep him entertained and occupied. They are great to have on hand for family movie night and snow days.

I love how some of the special effects were improved from the original movie. The directors comment at the beginning of each movie were very informational.
