The guide is a bit dated by now (1992) but for the collector, this is a must have. The book deals only with material pre "Special Edition" and Prequels, so the focus is on the things that I grew up with. Excellent!

There's even stuff mentioned from foreign countries.
There's a really great reference index to easily find all your favorite stuff. Like any great movie book there are several quotes from the movies along with pictures from the movies.
