Description
The role-playing game from veteran developers Bioware is set in the Star
Wars universe, but some 4,000 years before the events of the movies.
Players get to use a lightsaber or two, train as a Jedi Knight and choose
which path of The Force they want to follow: the honorable Light Side or
the passionate Dark Side. The hybrid combat system combines turn-
based and action elements into a totally new style of gameplay: slow
enough to let players soak up the details of the story, but not bogged
down by pointless quests or collection tasks. Most quests are optional,
but the required missions are full of action and adventure so players are
up to their lightsaber in fun.

Immersive, action-packed Star Wars role playing experience with
customizable and evolving playable characters; your group, comprised of
up to 3 characters, can include humans, druids, twi'leks, wookiees and
more; fast paced mini-games such as racing swoop bikes, or manning

to the new; locations include tatooine, sith world of Korean, Jedi academy

    This game came out in 2003. I had played kotr 2 and loved it. I hesitated for over 1 year to get this game. I figured it would have out dated graphics and that the game play and story line would be out dated.I am not a star wars fan and still loved it! I finaly got the game in july 07. I cant believe i waited so long to get this game. It has a great story line and great game play.The graphics were equivelent to kotr 2 and still look good compared to 2006/2007 standards.(excluding far cry and crysis of course.

    You can also get this game in the "star wars best of pc".IF you have any doubts about getting this game, you wont be disapointed.You can upgrade your armor and weapons.There are lots of attributes etc to level up.I know i mentioned it, but the story line is fantastic!With the game updates i can play at 1280x1024 on my 19" monitor.It is a nice long game. I have played kotr 2 through twice and this game still took me 32 hours to beat (in game counter).

    Though the game play isn't traditional, it takes nothing away from the game. The situations that occur, and the solutions that you choose, change the story of the game, which makes for great replay value. The graphics which maybe considered dated, are still high quality. I personally played this game several times over.
