Star Wars Ewok Adventures: Caravan of Courage/ The Battle for Endor (DVD, 2004)

When the Towani family crash their Starcruiser onto the planet Endor, the children, Cindel and Mace, are separated from their parents, who have been kidnapped by the evil monster Gorax. Now they must rescue their parents, but first they endeavor to befriend the shy, resourceful Ewoks, whose aid will prove integral to their operation. After the successful completion of their mission and the recovery of the Towani parents, the group must defend the Ewok community from the invasion of a foreign enemy. Cindel and the Ewok Wicket escape into the forest, where they meet a couple of people who, like them, have been stranded on the forest moon planet after an accident in their Starcruiser. Together the group does battle with the invaders, and tries to find a way off of Endor.

Star Wars Ewok Adventures is a pretty good movie for your child. The Ewoks have always seem to capture children's attention. I have always been a Star Wars fan since they came out in the late 70's and read plenty of the stories, so if you're a fan like myself or just want to watch it for nostalgia, then you may find this movie worth the eBay price. Don't expect to be amazed by the storyline though, for it doesn't keep your attention very well.

The acting was better when I was a kid, but since I bought for my kids (all under 5) I would have to say that it is perfect.

I loved this movie for some time now, because it was cute for kids and adults. Had adventure and I just plain love it... It was in great shape and would buy from this person again, in a minute.

The Ewok Adventures definetly brings back old memories. Its hard to find this movie cause its out of print, but worth the buy if you find around $20 or so. Its a kid's movie, so expect the acting to be geared towards the very young; however it is well done and definetly has the star-wars feeling to it. The first movie has virtually no plot other than to show the life of ewoks. In the second movie, the ewoks talk more. I liked it when they didnt say much and you would agree after watching both movies. The speedy, droopy faced ewok Teek is definetly a nice add though. Sorta the star of the movie in my opinion.

I have read other reviews on these, and most Star Wars fans didn't reslly care for it. It wasn't really along the same technology as the original Star Wars films. It reminds me of king Kong or something, cheesy special effects and low-budget. But on the other hand, for the younger fans who just like the Ewoks and such, it's great. I have a son that just will be turning 5 and he absolutely loved both movies on this disc. These films aren't for the people who think everything has to mave multi-million dollar special effects budgets. Enjoy the move for what is is, a kids movie. I enjoyed it myself and would watch it again as well with my son.

I've loved this movie since I was a kid, now my son loves it. He's only 2 and this movie is making him a Star Wars fan already.

Chronologically Incorrect.

I just happened to walk across this dvd, as i was searching for star wars items.
I never seen these offspring series, but loved them.
However the storyline is incorrect.

Disc has 2 sides.
Side a ( The Battle for Endor ) could be the ending of those series, as the little girl flies off that planet & say goodbye to the ewoks, and her father, mother & brother have been killed off in beginning off episode.
However on side b ( flipside ) ( Caravan of Courage ) they suddenly are alive & well & seems like they have just crashed there a couple off days or so & they 1st meet the ewoks.

Bit chronologically incorrect, so watch it, 1st watch caravan, then battle.

These episodes are GREAT for children.

If your kids love star wars, then they gonna love these offsprings, give it to them for there birthday or something.

Ebay was the only place I could find Star Wars spin offs like the Ewoks. I bought it cause it reminds my wife of when she was a kid , and she still gets a kick out of seeing a film just about the Ewoks!

i have allways liked the ewoks and geting 2 of the movies on one cd is grate its verry good storys and i have no dislikes about this cd..

I have been trying to find The Ewok Adventure:Caravan of Courage and Ewoks:The Battle for Endor for years. I had watched them when I was younger and when I became a parent in 1997 and my son got old enough I was wanting to have him watch these movies but could never find them until now. I am not sure if my almost 13 year old son would want to watch them now but I consider them collector's items and I wanted them so I could watch them over and over. My favorite character is Wicket since he had a nice way of telling someone off! LOL! These movies are VERY good to have and are family movies. If you haven't seen them all ready please try to get your copies soon and watch them.

It came quick, and is not scratched at all, and plays just fine. I loved how the case was not scratched and neither were the disks. The price was also very reasonable. I've looked all over in stores, and have found it for much, much more. So to find it on here the way it was, was a fantastic deal.

Long time ago we where children we watch always Star Wars Ewok Adventures, but after we move to another town we forgot it, but last year i try to find this movie. and i find i Ebay.

My daughter loves the DVD and she is 17. She has always been a fan and when she found out there was a movie she just had to have it. So glad I was able to find it on eBay!

my favorite movie as a kid and I still love it to this day. Seeing the ewoks in a diffrent movie is kinda cool. the action and suspense really hooked me as a kid. I swear i broke the vhs tape I watched it so much.

good movie my son is big into star wars he really enjoyed watching the ewoks adventure the graphics are kinda poor but still enjoyable

This DVD was made to go along the Starwars movies. The first time I saw this movie was on TV and I loved the furry Ewoks and my children that where young at the time also loved the movie. It is a great family film. When I saw that it was available on DVD I just had to have it to complete my Starwars DVDs.

He had misplaced his copy so he had wanted me to pay one for him for Christmas - I found out it was an older picture so coming to E-Bay saved the day - thank you very much

The quality of the DVD is so-so. The movie reminds me of my childhood a lot but is not a necessity for Star Wars fan. Skips a lot, even though there are no scratches on the dvd.

Besides that, my girlfriend and I had a lot of fun watching it. Reminds you what it's like to be a child!

My daughter watched these movies as a very young child (5 yrs) and she turned 26 this year, I thought that it would be fun for her to revist a show that she watched a few thousand times. I have already given this to her for her birthday which is today and she was SOOOO excited. I had bid on several of these before I finally won my bid. I love this movie. I can remember watching it as a kid and have been trying to find a copy of it for a long time to let my kids have the same experience. Now the movie is out of production as I am told, but if you have kids who love Star Wars, then they will absolutely love this movie also.

Hahaha this movie is hilarious...I remember seeing it when I was very little and I had to get it so incase one day I have kids they can also enjoy it but overall one of the greatest items I have ever bought on ebay!!

The DVD was pretty scratched up, have not had a chance to preview the movie to ensure the scratches dont effect the movie, but shipment was fast.
