I saw this here un reviewed, and thought it should at least see some action. Although you will not see this game being played much anymore since it was made for the original Playstation, it was a popular game in its day. Back when no one did Ebay Reviews in 1999.
The game was the best it could be on the PS1 system, but compared to the Jedi fighting game that also came out that year. The Phantom Menace title was lacking. It was not as fun to play as the Jedi game, so many didn't even take the time. Which is why I gave it the average for it times.
