I got this DVD the children i take care of are all big star wars fans and they love this movie. I even find myself watching it with them. This is a must have movie for anyone with chilren who like star wars. You cant go wrong with Star Wars.

Originally released as a series of cartoon shorts, the 20 episodes (each about 5 mins) are combined on this DVD as a movie. The animation is in a cartoon style and has a consistent look and feel that works well with the non-stop action fitting for an all-out epic Clone War. This movie is perfect for young kids & Star Wars fans alike. Currently 2 Volumes have been made. This is Volume 1.
Very stylish & fast paced. Ends in a cliff hanger -- typical Star Wars -- so you will want to see the next installment.

I would love to write a review about the product but low and behold the seller ripped me off! He cashed my check and never sent me the item. He emailed me stating that I never paid him. I sent him a copy of the cancelled check. I have yet to hear from him!

The story line of Star Wars- Clone Wars does not follow the Star Wars of the 70's 80's or more recently the latest Star Wars movies, so if you find yourself lost in the story, give it some time. I like that these animated DVD's are more kid-friendly. The art in this movie is pretty exceptional. What I like most about this DVD is that you'll recognize the voices of the characters from the Live movies, thus keeping with the integrity of the Star Wars movies.

I only brought this DVD since I really like the orginal series of Star Wars. What I dislike about this DVD is that it's only came in wide screen and I love to get DVD in full screen. I lose my cable service for a while and thought it was a good idea o buy it and catch up on what I missed. Other then that IT WAS OFF E HOOK EVEN WNEN YOU GOT SURROUND SOUND.
