Star Trek: The Next Generation - Season 2 (DVD, 2002, Sensormatic)

I'm a big Star Trek The Next Generation fan and was looking to purchase each season 1 at a time. Season 2 came well packaged and am very pleased with purchase.

I am a true trek fan and I really love this DVD set. I love to watch it and have my kids sit down with me and let them learn to be Star Trek Fans too. SUPER, WONDERFUL AND FANTASTIC!!!!

You can tell that this season had much better funding than the first. Special effects get better and better, and the episodes have a better plot. A must See.

Season 2 TNG is a must have for every Trekkie. The first 'good" season of TNG (season 3 begins the "great" ones), 2 adds a considerable amount of the backstory that made future shows so enjoyable. Season 2 is a little shorter than the others due to a writers strike so there are 22 episodes rather than the usual 26. Also Dr. Beverly Crusher was replaced by the pithy Dr Kate Pulaski. There were several good episodes, and wile this season did have it's share of cliche plots, I really enjoyed it.

The promptness in receiving this selection was amazing. I won the bid on a Friday and received the item by Wednesday of the next week, three business days, not counting the weekend. The selection was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. It met all my expectations in terms of quality. Since this purchase I have purchased another selection from this vendor.

I hadn't seen the earlier seasons of the show until i recently purchased it. I find the overall look and feel of the show to be above and beyond what i expected..also as a bonus the behind the scenes information is extreamly provocotive.

I have been looking for this box set to complete my collection except I came to the realization copies that are selling in the stores come with a different (cheaper) packaging.... I needed one to match the rest of my collection so I am very happy to have located this copy here in e-Bay.

I was never really a fan of the original Star Trek series (I liked the movies) and it wasn't until the early 90's before I started watching TNG. I think I was instantly hooked! The story lines, the characters, everything about TNG just seemed to click.

Over the years after the series was canceled, I would find myself catching a re-run here and there and all time would stop while it showed! I think TNG remains to this day the only TV series I would watch religiously.

Season 2. was a great season! The character's began to become familiar in a way that would remain for the rest of the series. Riker grows the beard, Worf becomes the new chief security, the introduction of ten forward, etc. It's also in this season when TNG fans get first introduced to the "Bad Boys" of space...The Borg! If I would have a complaint about this season, it would be the introduction of Dr. Polaski that replaced Dr. Crusher as the ships doctor. Dr. Polaski's character would remain for one season only however.

All in all, Season 2. has been a great experience and a great buy! A must have for any TNG fans out there. Buy it today...you won't regret it!

I bought StarTrek NG2 and I remembered it as classic tv program that was worth watching again. There is action, love and drama. Try it yourself

It came in great condtion. even though there was a mix up in shipment. it was work though. I was happy with getting the right Star Trek
