Interestingly enough, I had never heard of John Berry until my husband played this CD on a pretty regular basis after we were first married. Wow, was I missing out before then!
The words and lyrics to the songs on this CD are touching and heartfelt. One of my favorite songs on this CD is "Only You". It's a sad song about a man wanting a second chance with the love of his life. The song is sung with such emotion, it really is heartwrenching and absolutely beautiful. The piano music in the background is also lovely in every aspect.
I highly recommend this CD to someone who wants something a little different than the standards they play on country music radio these days. They won't be disappointed.
