The Stand - Boxed Set (1994, VHS)

This is a typical Stephen King Miniseries.
A good vs. evil story. Good for a rainy weekend
or cold winters day
as that is when i watch these movies.

I ordered this item back in February. The cost was taken out of my bank account on 02/28/08, but up to today (April 5, 2008), I still have not received the item.

Needless to say, I can't very well write a review about. it.

I did buy it for my boyfriend for his birthday in March, but that didn't work out so well!!!

I received the movie in the mail before I had actually expected it, very professional. The movie itself was awesome, I had read the book about two years ago and wanted to see the motion picture. I looked at all kinds of movie stores but I would suggest to buy from this seller, the movie was in perfect condition.

I purchased this movie because, I love Stephen King and I watched the first 3 parts and 1/2 of the 4th part one sunday afternoon on the si-fi channel before I had to go to work, I totally missed the end and this movie was so awsome that I had to purchase it to finish it, I have watched it about 5 times since my purchase and it is still as awsome as the first time I watched it, Full of suspence and keeps your attention going. Totally Awsome Move!

I bought this movie because I knew it was an excellent movie written by Stephen King, my favorite story teller.This movie is not easily found except on ebay .

Just one of Steven King's greats. Though it's long, it's fast moving, yet easy to follow the whole story line. Before you know it, it's over. This was done as a mini-series on TV, and I wasn't able to catch all of it, so I went for a search to buy it so I could see the whole thing. The content is very thought-provoking. It's not only worth watching, but it's one I'll watch more than once.
With children in the house, it's nice that there was no bad language or adult situations. However, because of they type of movie, it still may not be appropriate for little ones. There are still scary images.

I am NOT a S. King fan at all -- too graphic and creepy for me (I am a light-weight). A friend got this movie many years ago and once he started it, I could not keep for watching it! It just captivated my interest from the very beginning. So I decided to add it to my permanent collection! Facinating!
