I am an avid Wells Fargo collector, and I purchased this book due to the historical account the book provides. The book provides an overview of not only the history of Wells Fargo in the American West, but also the growth of their financial empire that still exists today. Also, two books in one volume, great pictures, and written by respected authors - how can you beat that! I would recommend this book to anyone who would like to have a historical overview of the Wells Fargo Company, or who has an interest in the American West. This is an excellent addition to any western collection, and the importance of Wells Fargo in shaping the West cannot be overlooked. I also chose this particular item due to condition which was rated in excellent shape.
