The book itself is great. If you are a beginner in the makeup world, this is a great starter book, no doubt about it!
If you are more advanced, this book offers reminders of the basics, which, if you are a professional, you may need to be reminded of!!!!
If you love the stage, you'll LOVE this book! Overall, it is a very basic makeup book. College students and community theater should have it in their library.

Thank you for voting. If your vote meets our Clear and easy to follow ...This book includes the very simple applications of stage makeup, as well as some more advanced and complicated techniques. I bought it looking for a particular makeup instruction, and I was not disappointed. I would have liked to find more details in the explanation of some of the makeup, but still it is a very good book.
