Stadium Arcadium [Digipak] by Red Hot Chili Peppers (CD, May-2006, 2 Discs, Warner Bros. Records Record Label)

I like this CD set a lot!!!! It has two discs. The first CD, Jupiter includes the songs "Dani California," "Stadium Arcadium," and "Hump de Bump" which are some of my favorites. Jupiter represents more of a upbeat side. I actually like this CD a little better than the other one. The second CD, Mars, includes "Readymade," "Descretion Smile" and "Storm in a Teacup." It has kind of a moody feel to it. Singer Anthony Kiedis said that the album represents our relationship to the cosmos. I love this album. The song "Snow" has some really cool guitar solos. The Red Hot Chili Peppers are amazing!!!! If you liked Californication, then you will like this album. I like this album because it offers variety and shows the band at their best. I would recommend this album.

Below average album like everything they put out after Blood Sugar Sex Magik. Sorry guys, you're just not cool. No one wants to hear your whiny songs any more.

This cd shows just how the band has changed over the years. They've come a long way from the days of "Freaky Styley" and "The Uplift Mofo Party Plan". This cd showcases a more mature style of music without compromising the unique sound and style of guitarist John Frusciante, bassist Flea, drummer Chad Smith, and singer Antony Kiedis. The double cd gives fans hours of listening pleasure. If you're expecting the sounds of the early Peppers, this is not the cd for you. The cd is more along the lines of "Californication" and "By the Way". A definite treasure!

i am truly amazed at how great this cd really is. the 1st cd(jupiter) honestly doesnt have a bad song. the second cd(mars) is a complete cd as well. and the great thing is, is that it comes in one cd. i am glad the chili peppers finally put out a PERFECT cd. long live the chili peppers!!

It might have been nice if I had ever received the CD, but the seller never sent it. She was a fraud, and judging by her score, I was the only one she scammed.

This is unlike any other Red Hot Chili Pepper album thus far. The hit song 'Dani California' has the style that a chili pepper fan will recognize. However songs like 'Tell me Baby' and 'She looks to me' are quite different from previously released songs. It's more mild than the usual material. Personally I found it a relief to hear something so different from their usual style. It just proves that a band does not have to use the same type of style for their music. Great music from a great band. It's a great album to have in any music library. And a must for any Chili Pepper fan.

Stadiunm Arcadium is REd Hot! The Chili Peppers Double-disc 2006 effort is their best overall disc compilation to date! From the Title Track to tunes like "Desicration Smile" show the diversity and pure raw talent of all 4 members. After seeing the live show(2006), it further backs that this is one of the Best albums of the Year if not the decade! 5 Stars!!!

Probably the best Red Hot Chili Peppers album since Californication, this 19-track double album is no Blood Sugar Sex Magik. But like everyone else, artists mature and go through changes. Plain and simple, this is RHCP at the top of their game. Expecting another Blood Sugar Sex Magik is like expecting the Rolling Stones to release another Exile On Main Street --- it just ain't gonna happen. But with RHCP, they come close enough.

I wouldn't consider myself a huge Red Hot Chili Peppers fan, but after listening to this album I've been converted.

The music is truly awesome and you just can't help nodding your head to the cool beats. Great album, I'd recommend it to anyone... fan or not.

The seller sent it promptly and it was in excellent condition. I bought the RHCP cd because I love them as a band and when I heard they were coming out with another album, I knew I had to support them and purchase it. Nowadays since cds can be expensive, I wanted to find a good price. Naturally I turned to half.com and found one. Great service!

I love Red Hot Chili Peppers music to begin with. And, I really like this new CD (double CD). It was definitely worth the money to me. And, I got a really great deal on Ebay!

This is an excellent CD to buy if your into this type of music. A very very good choice for yourself or for a gift.

Alot of hype before this double album release had me curious, and critical about it when it came out. I could not have been more pleased. Best Chili Peppers release, by far...........Musically goes from one end to the other, great grooves, gets mellow....just awesome. Still true to their roots, but better.....I cannot say enough....either disc of the 2 could have stood on it's own as a release. If you like the Chili Peppers at all you should not be dissapointed. Now one of my top favorites..........thanks and peace.......

Listened to it first in my local independent record store. Knew fans of "old school" Chili Peppers might not like it. Acknowledge that the Rolling Stone interview made me check out the new one even if it's not like before bloodsugarsexmagik. Everybody changes, and it's great when they also don't stray TOO far from their signature sound. Well worth the purchase. For me, it'll be one of those records that just gets better every time I hear it. See for yourself! Have a good one

This cd is there 4 best cd...its a good follow up to "By The Way"...for fans of the new red hot chili peppers you will enjoy this cd..but old fans such as myself arent entertainted but none the less its a must buy for ur cd collection

if you were expecting anything different from this powerhouse group, you will be dissapointed. if you expected the typical powerful sounds, this CD will blow you away. ENJOY IT AS MUCH AS I DID

The Red Hot Chili Peppers have been in the music industry for many years, surprisingly they have managed to continue to put out albums that everyone including me falls in musical love with. This album is no different, Anthony Keidas and his fledgling band has amazing guitar riffs with unmistakable RHCP Vocals that will leave your head banging. This album is worth the purchase and the listen, we can expect to see more of these guys for years to come.

We originally owned the CD and lost it. We like it so much we decided to obtain another copy on ebay.

This album has received critic and fan praises, and they are all correct. The songwriting is stellar, diverse and well-crafted. The musicianship is always solid with these guys, and John Frusciante is absolutely out of his mind with technique and ability.This is Scott im 10 and this album rocks!

Classic RHCP sound with some maturity. Still bringing the funk and some class along for the ride. Has some great hits that are available on rock band as well so it's a fun album to jam to.
