Movie Description
Major League baseball began creating official World Series films in 1943 to support and entertain the U.S. troops serving overseas. These films, which have since grown into dynamic documentaries, include some of the most exciting baseball moments of all time. This volume follows the Cardinals through the series of 1982, when they played seven hard-fought games against the Milwaukee Brewers; 1985, as they clashed with George Brett's powerhouse Kansas City Royals in another seven-part nail-biter; and 1987, when they took on the scrappy Minnesota Twins.
